1. Lesson Agreements
We're here to teach guitar, not handle complex cancellations. Students must provide 24-hour notice for any schedule changes. Why? Because our instructors' time is as valuable as your progress. Unexpected absences without notice are charged at the full session rate. No exceptions. We've found this keeps everyone committed to the craft.

2. Payment & Refunds
Payment for introductory guitar lessons and theory blocks is required upfront. We accept all major cards via our secure portal. Refunds? We don't generally offer them once a block has started, but we'll gladly transfer your credit to another aspiring musician. Is that fair? We believe so, as it secures the space for your growth.
3. Code of Conduct
Bloom Strum is a space for creativity and beginner-friendly exploration. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment in any form. Whether you're in a private session or a group guitar class, respect is the baseline. We reserve the right to terminate service for any individual who disrupts our learning environment.
- Arrive on time and tuned up whenever possible.
